Balkan at home is great team, they don't have loss from Bulgarian team for almost year. 

They signed Travis McConico and he immediately made impact against Academic Plovdiv - 22 pts 8 assists. They have 3 other foreign players, good Bulgarian players like Toshkov, Dimitrov, Pishtikov. 

Locomotiv is good team too, I like them but there are some issues.

1. They play different way when they play home and away. They are in run of 3 consecutive losses (all of them away from Plovdiv).

2. They have great foreign players and limited Bulgarian players. In their last game Bulgarian players scored 18 of 76 points.. With 2 Bulgarian players on the floor rule, they will have big problems against Balkan.
