Two newcomers to the league - Sevlievo promoted from the weakest V group and relegated Hebar.
Sevlievo got weak squad for this level, they have some unknown for me players with Greek names and the most fun thing - their striker and captain is... 20 years old son of their owner - one of the richest Bulgarian people....

Hebar on the other side got great coach for this level - Mitov. They signed a lot of players with A group experience  - Momchil Tzvetanov, Ganev, Rabotov, Dikov.. They have also other good players with A group experience Angelov , Karakashev. Yesterday they signed former Marek goalscorer from Montana - Ganchev and he could come from the bench.

8/10 for this pick, 5.5/10 for 2 ML, because today in Bulgaria is extremely hot 43 degree+....
